Operations Coordinator

Whistle Clean is looking for Operations Coordinator candidates to join our Talent Pool 
The Operations Coordinator manages and improves ongoing activities, also initiates projects that improve productivity, communication and automation for daily operations.

Key Criteria

You MUST have proven ability to have

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective communication on writing and speaking
  • A natural leader in life and at work
  • Experience servicing group of clientele by managing/coordinating people (workforce)
  • Strong desire to improve and learn
  • Experience in participating improvement projects

Availability & Working Hours

Options of work available

  • Part time / Full time capacity
  • Primary contact for cleaners and client
  • Occasionally need to answer calls after hours and resolve urgent issues.

Service Area

These are the primary services areas for our clients. Generally will be between 20km

  • South Melbourne, Port Melbourne
  • Richmond, Collingwood
