Client Wellbeing Ambassador

Whistle Clean is looking for Client Wellbeing Ambassador candidates to join our Talent Pool 
The Client Wellbeing Ambassador is responsible for providing general administration support to WCA business divisions. Major efforts of this role are aligned to the coordination and administration of all cleaning jobs and assignments to relevant contractors. 
Type: Part-time/Full-time
Experience: 1-2 years
Skills: Strong admin Skills, excellent communication, and organisational skills

Key Accountability Areas

  • Manages Cleaners and clients job schedules, including delivery and inspections
  • Drafts sales quotations
  • Assists in Onboarding and Offboarding Process of Clients and cleaners
  • Continuous Process Improvement
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Provides administrative support to the team

 

Key Criteria

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Can be counted on to deliver on goals.  Pushes self and others.
  • Helpful to others for the benefit of the team and the organisation
  • Able to speak and write clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings to get the message across and to have the desired effect.
  • High Attention to detail 
  • Strong Communication and teamwork skills
