If you decide to part ways, it only requires a 30-day notice and a 10-minute offboarding call. That’s it.
So, here’s how we do it after you sign the contract:
1. Meet & Greet with the Team 👋
– Get to know who you are dealing with.
– You’ll have a dedicated Client Wellbeing Ambassador.
– You’ll have dedicated cleaners.
2. Set Onboarding Day 📅
– A 30-minute walkthrough of your workplace, taking some photos to prepare our job scope for our internal team.
– Prioritize your top 3 important needs and all operational details.
3. Check-in on the First 7 and 30 Days After Commencement 📞
– We want to know what we did right and what we can improve.
4. Check-in Every 90 Days 🗓️
– A 10-minute conversation to connect with you, ask a few questions, gather feedback from you and your cleaners, and anticipate where your company is heading.
5. Ongoing Support 🛠️
– Manage all your cleaning requests, from moving to a new location to renovation upgrades within your current space.
– We participate together in your growth.
6. Celebrate & Contribute 🎉
We drop in at times to surprise you, celebrate our relationship, appreciate your support, and create a positive impact together with Mother Earth.
