Lead Generation Specialist (Field-Based)

Purpose:

Generate Quality leads within service area

Whistle Clean Australia specialises in solving cleaning problems for busy Executives, Directors, and Managers across Melbourne. We deliver high-quality commercial cleaning services with a strong focus on culture, client experience, and continuous improvement.

Suburb Exploration – Research areas, plan efficient daily routes.
In-Person Lead Generation – Visit 50+ doors, drop gifts, collect data.
Lead Tracking & Insights – Track results, review quality, share learnings.
Team Collaboration – Align leads with team goals and capacity.

Commitment we seek is:

Available to work 9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ideally across 1-2 days a week
Comfortable working travelling across Melbourne suburbs
Responsive and proactive in communications
Accountable for both consistency and quality of work
Open to feedback and continuous improvement

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:

At least 1 year of door-to-door or cold calling experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working independently and meeting activity targets
Background in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Requirements

Must have your own car and a valid driver’s licence
Must be willing to travel Melbourne’s inner suburbs
Looking for part-time or casual work during the day
