📊 Study shows people use the toilet 4-6 times a day at work.
To calculate the average usage: take the total number of people at work, multiply by 5. That’s your toilets’ average usage.

In our experience with the medical industry, we’ve noticed a tipping point where germs, viruses, and pathogens can spread, leading to potential cross-contamination. Here’s a general rule of thumb:

Every 7 people = 1 cleaning day/week

For example, if you have
14 pax = 2x cleaning / week
21 pax = 3x cleaning / week
28 pax = 4x cleaning / week
> 35 pax = 5x cleaning / week

A quick way to self diagnose if your workplace its being under service
🗑️🤮 bins overflow
🍴🧹 kitchen untidy
🚽🔄 toilets overused

or Worse, you already have cleaning roster at work.

PS : If you have cleaning roster at work, you might want to look at hidden cost of productivity, time and focus spent.

👣 For workplaces with foot traffic: the general rule of thumb is measure by the duration of the visit, the longer the stay within the premisses, the likelihood of using facility higher.

Take a moment to reflect.
